Where as its specifications concern so Panasonic Eluga is a fully dual-core 1GHz TI OMAP 4430 processor device which is having a very strong 1GB of RAM  chipset. For memory purpose it is packed with  8GB of internal memory but yey we are not sure about the Micro SD slot. Panasonic Eluga is a very high resolution 4.3-inch OLED display with qHD 960 x 540 pixels of screen.

One of the most attractive feature is that Panasonic Eluga is a fully water proof device, in simple words if your Panasonic Eluga has fallen in a tub of water then no matter because water will not hard your new panasonic mobile phone.
At the multimedia side Panasonic Eluga is having 8MP auto-focus photo snapper with image stabilization. The battery timing is good enough as it has 300 hours of standby time & 240 hours of talking time.
 

The Panasonic Eluga will be having Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread Pre-installed on board but panasonic has promised that soon Eluga will get Android 4.0 icecream sandwich But after the release of this smartphone. Well the Panasonic Eluga will be available for sale in the European markets from the start of March 2012.
